DataFlow Information Systems is an emerging leader in the field of interactive, online software applications for productivity improvements in the insurance industry.  The Company's products help link insurance professionals and underwriters in the online submission of insurance applications and in the tracking and follow up of state regulatory and tax filings.  The goal of DFIS is to provide data integrity and neutrality for all levels of users with prompt, error-free analysis and effective quoting.


Jerry McLaughlin, president:

Mr. McLaughlin has over 30 years of experience in the technology and medical arenas.  Most recently he served as president and chief executive officer of CompuMed, Inc. (CMPD.OB) where he successfully raised capital and structured software licensing agreements with brand name firms such as the Kodak Health Group, FujiMED USA and Swissray International.  Prior to CompuMed, McLaughlin was President of the Great Circle Consulting Group, Inc. There he provided strategic and operational guidance to domestic and international firms in the medical device, diagnostic and biotech markets. McLaughlin’s management experience also includes five years as an officer and vice president of marketing and sales at Diagnostic Products Corporation.

Adriana "Rian" Vidal, chief information officer:

Ms. Vidal has over 24 years of experience in business and technology operations.  Most recently she was a consultant at ELM Insurance Brokers where she designed and oversaw the development of the California Surplus Lines Filing Software prior to its sale to DataFlow Information Systems as the basis for SLAexpress.  

Elaine Thomford, director of marketing:

Ms. Thomford has over 25 years of experience in customer support, sales and marketing in the medical field.  Most recently she spent four years as director of Technical Support for Diagnostic Products Corporation.  Prior to that, she was a marketing manager with the same firm.
